ABC 2021 Conference includes the normal daytime meals, and this year ABC is INCLUDING for each educational registrant,
the two very special "off-site" evening events (regularly $ 155 extra).
So the "ABC Inclusive" 2021 event package entails:
- Monday all day: Optional Education Sessions
- Monday evening: Welcome Dinner at the Pete Dye Golf Course & Reception Lodge
- Tuesday all day: Opening General Session, Keynote Speaker, Breakfast, Lunch & Breakouts

ABC 2021 Lodging Package
ABC West Baden Springs Hotel discounted group rate, single occupancy room of $169 per night, per person.
However, spouses may share the single room, if spouse pays the one-time $ 155 spouse fee.
King beds only, the Hotel does not offer nor permit, roll away beds. If 2 members share a single occupancy room, price is still $ 169 per night, per person.
Limited # of “double” rooms, 2 people max occupancy, $255 per room, per night.

Cancellation Policy

| Cancellation Policy: All registrations include a non-refundable $ 225 deposit fee. Cancellations received by 2-28-2021
receive a full refund, less that fee. Cancellations received March 1 –April 30 receive a 50% credit, good toward Annual Conference 2021 only.
Due to our room block commitment, no refunds after May 1 for any reason. No refunds for no-shows.
